She was a college teacher before joining Far East. In everyone's eyes, Lu Min is a typical example that expresses the phrase "women are no inferior to men" for being the marketing field's iron lady.

The First Victory of Her Marketing Experience

In 2010, Lu Min became the regional business manager of Xinjiang recommended by her husband. Lu Min knows the region pretty due to her studying and work experience in Xinjiang; however, she has to start from zero to gain customers' trust due to the lack of marketing experience. 

 

Lu Min finally caught the chance after introducing Far East cable to local companies one by one. Kunlun Tyre Co. Ltd demands a great number of cable products for its office building construction. However, one competitor made an initial agreement with the client already.

To gain more trust from clients, Lu Min continues to learn cable knowledge to better introduce Far East cable products to engineers and clients. She also invited the chairman of the company to visit onsite to see the manufacturing process of cable. The client finally signed the contract with Lu Min because he trusts Lu Min's professionalism and Far East's brand.

Lu Min reached rank No.1 among her colleagues in her first year at Far East. In the next ten years, she received the gold and silver awards honor due to her outstanding contributions.

The Expansion of Clients with the Ultimate Products and Services

During her market expansion of Xinjiang region, Lu Min not only focused on the current orders but also continues to expand excellent clients at the same time.

One cable layout error occurred during the Zhongtai Chemical project. If this issue cannot be solved on time, the completion of the project will be deferred. Far East engineers came onsite to solve the error within 24 hours after getting the report. The client was highly satisfied with Far East's high efficiency, ultimate products and service.

The stratification of strategy customer is the core. With Lu Min's efforts, Far East singed the strategic partnership with Hoshine Silicone Co., Ltd.

Becoming the Brand Ambassador of Far East

When Lu Min was selected to be one of the 10 model workers of Far East in 2019, she stated that she aimed to become the brand ambassador of Far East.

As one of Far East members, Lu Min has always been proud of Far East's family culture: Far East is home to every employee and his family. Lu Min has been delivering Far East's cooperation culture to the public with her actions, letting more people know about the Far East.

Lu Min finally became the Xingjiang region general manager and made her career in the cable industry from step to step.
